Try Before You Buy Service
Choosing an engagement ring is a big decision. If you would like to try on one of our ‘Collection’ items, we can arrange to send a sample to you. Here’s how we can help:
Sample on Loan Service
You simply place an order for a ‘Ring Sample’ and in the comments box (at checkout) , tell us the name of the ring you’d like to try (for instance Twist Princess’). Rings available for this service are shown on Page 1 of ‘ Engagement Ring Gallery’ (click here)
You pay a deposit of £100. The ring sample will be sent out, along with a complimentary ring sizer, within 2 days (UK only).
We refund your deposit on the return of the ring (we ask that we receive this within 14 days of dispatch).
Ordering Your Ring
In between, we can answer any questions you have about diamond size, colour and specifications. We can even tailor adjustments for the ring style (for example if you like the ring but would prefer a higher /lower setting ; a thicker/ thinner band or an alteration to the setting).
A size guide to diamonds will be provided for comparison and your requirements will be discussed in full.
Paying for Your Ring
If you are ready to place your order when returning our sample, we can deduct the £100 from the total invoice, on request. Once you’ve chosen the ring and made your diamond selection, we invoice
50% of the total at order
50% Balance on delivery (allow approx 4-6 weeks).
Should you have opted to credit the £100 to your account, this will be deducted from the first invoiced payment.
Please note, all of our samples are white metal with a simulant stone for trial purposes only. These do not represent diamond quality (the sample stones are inferior to the colour and sparkle which only a diamond will achieve). Rings can be made in 18ct white or yellow gold, or in Platinum.
The ‘Sample on Loan’ service is currently only available in the UK for a selection of rings. To request this service outwith the UK, please contact us.
